Who we are

This website is operated by MATCHU group, which is the controller of the personal data described below.

The short version

We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. If you leave your email address with us, we use it to tell you when we open and nothing else.

What we collect

Your email address

If you sign up to hear from us, we store your email address so we can send you a message when the collection is available. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us.

Messages you send us

If you use the contact form or email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can answer you and follow up if needed. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request, including your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and are removed on the provider's normal schedule. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website.

What we do not collect

• No analytics or statistics tools.
• No advertising or social media pixels.
• No third party fonts, maps or embedded video. All fonts are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with anyone else.
• No profiling and no automated decision making.

Who can see your data

Your data is handled by us and by the suppliers who make this website work, currently our hosting provider and our email provider. They act on our instructions under a processing agreement. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

How long we keep it

• Email addresses for our announcement list: until you unsubscribe, or until we close the list.
• Messages you send us: up to two years after our last contact.
• Server logs: as long as our hosting provider retains them for security purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email us at info@rheinberg-home.com and we will answer within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to the systems that hold your data is limited to the people who need it.

If this statement changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
